People Magazine reports that 'Skating with Celebrities' star KRISTY SWANSON was arrested last Saturday night for allegedly assaulting the ex-wife of her lover and former skating partner LLOYD EISLER.
Last year, Swanson made tabloid headlines after her skating partner on the show left his pregnant wife to be with the 37-year-old actress.
According to People, "Swanson was released on $500 bail. Officers escorted her into the police station in Kingston, Ontario, after Eisler's ex, MARCIA O'BRIEN, filed a complaint against Swanson."
However, Swanson -- who's probably most recognizable for her role in the film version of 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' -- claims that Eisler's ex-wife attacked her in front of her own home in front of their children.
The actress's rep says Swanson plans to press charges against O'Brien, saying that police took photographs of her back and other parts of her upper extremities to document the injuries.
